13th anniversary
ok here's the second half of the other post. well after that night we went to the tattoo convention we ended back at sue's apartment and watched a movie, we watched bram strokers dracula and its a long one if you've never seen it but its a good one so by now its clear after midnight so we ended up just crashinat sues and she droped me and john off at my mothers where i was stayin at that point in time, so sue went to work as did i and man i couldnt get a thing done if my life de pended on it! i was head over heals plus in love! so as the day progressed i figured well i've got a foot in the door and i'm one of those people who dosent do things just a bit i go full throttle and all the way, why just climb up a few branches when you can go all the way to the top of the tree. so after sue went to her night job at denny's another friend of ours deviated the master plan, i packed up my stuff loaded it into his truck and on to denny's we went, well on the way there a song came on the radio that really cracked us up and made me relize this was my destiny, the song is from the 70's its called i'd really like to see you tonight! the corus to the song goes as i'm not talkin about movin in and i dont want to change your life but there's a warm wind blowin and the stars are out and i'd really like to see you tonight! look the song up if you dont know it its a great song. so after a good hard laught we composed our selves and went to see sue, i told her that i had a fight with my mom and wanted to go and hang out at her place till she got off, she said ok so me and burbo we're back off on our mission and we proceded to move me into her place! well luckly she said yeh we'll give it a try! well i was planning to move back to florida in june and it was feb and there was noway i was goin to leave what i had now so i talked her into a vacation with me down there in which i had to go on anyway to talk to a guy i new there about work and find a place to live. so off we went to florida togeather. well we we're on 95 in north carolina at about 2 am and i just couldnt take it any longer so i asked her to marry me! now her response was as off the wall as my question, her reply was ok if it dont work out i can allways get a divorce. heck i'll take that it was still a yes, so we decided to get married while we we're there, and i also talked her into moving there also it wasnt hard she was looking to get away her self so this way we could start our life togeather with a completely new start, we both new if we stayed up there we would have probally not made it especially with the groups we we're involed with back then, there we're a few that we not to happy about us being together let alone the fact that we we're gonna come back married. well bikeweek was in full swing and we got married at the daytona courthouse nothin fancey by no means but thats defenetly not me anyhow the more sipple the more better for me. so on the way home we stopped in to her parents house so i could meet them for the first time ever1 was kinda awkward on both behalfs but it worked out just great. so we went back home for a few weeks got things in order and headed off to start our new lives togeather and 13 years later here we are still together and goin strong. SUE I LOVE YOU!

Mike, you are such a romantic guy! I LOVE learning other couple's stories - and yours was perfect. I like the way you just moved yourself in - hey, when you know it, you know it, right! You two are awesome, we just love you guys a lot. We are really grateful to have you in our family and to also have you play such a special part in our lives. That Florida trip was one of the best things we've done. I can't imagine not knowing the two of you. Thanks for sharing your story -- and HAPPY 13th!!!
