well for valentines day while most of you were cold and or in the snow we hit the beach! we havent done much lately so we got out the bikes and headed for the beach, we rode the beach all the way to the jetty and lighthouse it was about 6 miles each way. here's some pics.
as you can see it was a great day weather wise.
the sand is hard packed so its great for riding on.

sue just had to go in the water and wanted to post it to show off that we can go in the water in feb!!!!

ok now for the end of the trip, all went well until....
man did i ever get me some valentine color!well this weekend we are goin up to st. augastine and we are gonna take the bikes (and sun block!!) with us and go ride around up there and we are gonna go climb the lighthouse there we are gonna take the cameras so thee will be another post on next mon or tue for all yall.

Okay, mission accomplished. I am officially jealous. I have been DYING to go the beach lately, but at 45 degrees it just isn't as much fun. What a beautiful Valentine's day, guys!
Wow, nice burn! Jealous of the weather. I'm sick of frostbite being one of the hazards of motorcycle riding!
Okay, so I am jealous. Yesterday morning I spent shoveling snow and slush! This morning I get up and...spend an hour snowblowing the drive way. Sunday - another 3-6 inches is expected. Yeah I'm jealous! I could go in the water up here in february...if I bring an axe to break the ice. Bike riding-NOT.
But seriously, it looks gorgeous down there. Sorry about the burn, it looks painful - I feel REAL BAD for you - Riiiight! But I did enjoy the pictures. Looking forward to some more. Watch my blog (no I am not going to blog - just need someone to watch it for me). Love you guys - Ken
Man...this blog totally made me miss Florida..granted I wasn't allowed to hit the beach and water but just the weather...I could almost hear the ocean and feel the Florida breeze...man..loved the post..
